I was super excited to be asked to design and build a home for Milhouse (see pic 4). He was a very agreeable customer and made it clear what he wanted, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a mezzanine sun lounge were his non-negotiables.

Made from solid sapele and sapele-faced sheet material, the unit needed to be both a beautiful piece of furniture and a fully functional home for Milhouse, giving him the luxury he so clearly deserves. The drawers pull out to reveal his sleeping and eating areas, making them easy to clean and refill.
